ANTI-VIRUS INSTALLATION PAGE

Please read all directions closely before proceeding!!!

FOR WINDOWS XP, VISTA AND WINDOWS 7  USERS ONLY, NOT SUPPORTED ON APPLE PCS

STEP 1.  (IF CURRENTLY RUNNING SOPHOS SKIP TO STEP 2)
If you currently have anti-virus software running on your pc, you must first uninstall it before doing anything else on this page.  Most anti-virus programs will either have an uninstall under the program group or you can remove it via control panel.  To check to see if there is an uninstall program, click the "START" button and go to programs, then find your anti-virus program group.  If there is an uninstall in the group, run it.  If there is not, then click on "START", "SETTINGS", "CONTROL PANEL" and choose "ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS".  Then find your anti-virus system and click "REMOVE".  If your pc says it needs to restart after the uninstall, restart.  After booting back up continue on with the rest of the following steps.  Then go to STEP 3.  

STEP 2.
If you are currently running SOPHOS anti-virus, download this file and save it to your desktop.  Once it is completed downloading, double-click to run.  You will not see anything happening until it starts to update.  It will not ask you any questions.  File is located here.

STEP 3.
Click here to download the install program.  This will ask you to open or save, click "SAVE",  and remember where you saved the file to.  (This will take a while to download, even on a high-speed connection).  After the download is done, go to that location and double-click the file, and the program will start the install process.  You will not see anything happening until it starts to update.  It will not ask you any questions. 

THAT'S IT.  YOU ARE ALL DONE.
